Applications:
Two stage strand PE granulation line with force feeder is mainly used for PP, PE hard plastic recycling, use PE/PP hard plastic as raw material to make grains , and has the features of novel design, compact structure, reasonable layout, stable, facilitating the maintenance and debugging, Low-noise, low-power consumption.
Description:
This Two stage strand PE granulation line with force feeder is composed of Force feeder ,extruder ,Hydraulic screen changer, strand mould, Water tank ,Dryer, pelletizer. Material through extruder plastify and into strand, after cooling water tank cooling and forming, the dryer to remover strips surface water, then cut into 3*3mm grains.
Raw material :BOPP printing film, PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, TPV, EVA, ABS, PA and PS, etc
