Production Description
The JZC series concrete mixer belongs to the bigger capacity, self-falling type. It is suitable for mixing plastic and low slump concrete. The aggregate size is required to be smaller than 60 mm. The drum revolves for mixing and reverses for discharging. The rated output capacity of this mixer is 0.35 cubic meter. The mixer is widely used in building site, road and bridge project, and many other construction sites.
JZC is a kind of self-fall bi-pyramid reversal discharging mixer machine. The gear ring of mixing drum turns, forward mixing, and reverse discharging. The mixer can mix plastic concrete and low flow concrete. It is used in common construction sites, for example, the construction of road, bridge, and in small and medium-sized concrete component factory.
JZC series Drum concrete Mixer , also with another name of Bucolical Reverse Discharge Concrete mixer, the mixing drum is drove by gears, and start to mix concrete by rotating forward , and Discharge concrete by rotating backward. It consists of concrete mixing system, raw material loading system, water supply system, electric control system. Besides, it is portable with two rubber wheels.
1. JZC series concrete mixer are self-loading which can mix plastic and half dry hard concrete. The machine mixes when the double-cone mixer drum rotates clockwise and discharges when it rotates reversally. The mixer drum is driven by the ring gear.
2. It has strong points such as reliable rotation, low noise and energy consumption, compact structure, smooth running. Moreover easy operation, high quality mix and production efficiency are also its advantages.
3. It is the ideal machines for construction sits, road, bridge project, hydroelectric power and small and medium concrete components factory.
