Description

The host machine part is the most important part of the whole fiber laser cutting machine , fiber laser cutting 

machine cutting and cutting accuracy are realized by the host portion .

The host portion of the bed , moving beams , table , Z axis device , operation control part of the gas line waterway 

components . Controlled by the CNC system X , Y , and Z axis AC servo motor , so as to drive the cutting head to 

achieve a stable , reliable , high - speed reciprocating motion , the X - direction of the movement stroke of 3000mm ;

 the Y direction of the movement stroke of 1500mm ; open may also be used wholly enclosed dust proof device , 

including dust cover , light weight, reliable operation ;

X , Y axis linear guide precision products using imported photoelectric sensors and precision positioning 

components to ensure the accuracy of the transmission;Z axis servo motor driven screw drive;either end of stroke 

limit switches to control the stroke , while supported by both sides of the elastic cushion , effectively ensure the 

security of the machine movement ; machine is equipped with a lubricating device , add the oil to the bed on a 

regular basis ,beams,each axis part of moving parts ,to ensure that the moving parts in good condition operation 

and improve its life .
