Introduction
This product is used especially to convey particle which is powder,bulk material,and small size particle with good flowing ability.it consists of motor,motor base,U-type casing,spiral shaft,spline,suspension bearing,feed and discharge point.
Adopt motor as its power source,the spiral shaft is connected with motor shaft directly.thus now energy loss.when the motor runs,it generates large running torque then transmit it to spiral shaft. the material filled in casing will move along the rotation of spiral shaft.and then discharged in outlet point smoothly.
Feature
(1)adopt high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel as its casing,which thickness defined by customer.
(2)each section connect with spline and suspesion bearing,the bearing with reliable leak tightness,good lubrication.
(3)this machie can convey material smoothly
Application
The machine may be used for branches such as chemical industry , building material , machinery , coal , metallurgy , light industry , grain , medicine , traffic , water and electricity broadly, Being used to transport all kinds of form of powder and small piece material. Be inadvisable to transport the big viscidity packing material or large piece of material easy to go bad. This enables the installation slightly tilted, the maximum tilt angle: less than or equal 20 °, the working environment temperature: -20 °C ~ 50 °C temperature materials transportation: less than 200 °C.
