Power Transformer Core
Nicore single and thre-phase distributioin transformer stacked cores are operating in many thousand of transformers in China and overseas.
The distribution transformers stacked cores offer the following advantages:
1. Reductoin in core losses;
2. Easy assembly.
Range
No standard range of design exists due to the diversity of design requirements. We produce single phase cores ranging from 10KVA to 5000KVA, and the three-phase cores ranging from 10KVA to 40MVA.
Material
In the production of these M5-M4-M2H-M1H-M0H or laser oriented electrical steel grades are used and no-load-losses are guaranteed.
SP series stacked cores
In order to satisfy the customers who are eager to minimize their costs, NICORE produces stacked cores for distribution transformers ranging from 10KVA to 1500KVA. The cores are produced in recycle materials from USA and Japan, cut by manual shearing machine with little burrs and high dimension accuracy.
DP series stacked cores
Nicore also produces stacked cores in new low core loss material for distribution transformers ranging from 10KVA to 2500KVA. The cores are also cut by manual shearing machine with burss less than 0.03mm, width tolerance (+/-)0.1m, length tolerance (+/-)0.5mm.
