Advantage:

Applications:
Applications for titanium mill products (sheet, plate, bar, wire, forgings, castings) can be
found in industrial, aerospace, recreational, and emerging markets. Powdered titanium is
used in pyrotechnics as a source of bright-burning particles.
Gr1 can be used in the drawing parts for its good elongation and excellent corrosion-resistance.
Gr2. The pure titanium most used. The best combination of strength, ductility and weldability.
Gr3 is almost used in pressure vessel
Gr4 can be used in some fitting parts and fastening pieces, but for complex shape
need 300 degree Celsius to form
Gr5. The most manufactured titanium alloy. Exceedingly high strength. High heat resistance
GR.7 (Ti-0.2Pd) adds little palladium in cp titanium and it has the most e xcellent corrosion-resistance, of course it costs higherSuperior corrosion resistance in reduce and oxidizing environments.
GR.9 (Ti-3AL-2.5V) is the most widely used in the golf clubs and bicycle girders.
Gr12. Better heat resistance than pure Titanium. Applications as for Grade 7 and Grade 11.
Gr23. Ti-6Al-4V ELI Alloy for surgical implant Applications.
