1.The classification

This classification covers machine-made "fiberglass"(glass-fiber-reinforced thermosetting-resin) pressure pipes. Bothglass-fiber-reinforced thermosetting-resin pipes (RTRP) andglass-fiber-reinforced polymer mortar pipes (RPMP) are fiberglass pipes. Classificationsare made on the basis of the method of manufacture (type), the raw materials inthe body used in construction (grade), the liner material (class), and the testperformance of the product type under long-term cyclic pressure strength orlong-term static pressure strength. Classifying long-term strength are based ontwo methods as follows: cyclic loads for use in those liquid-handlingapplications where the effects of pumping by duplex or triplex pumps or othercyclic pressure loads dictate the performance requirements of the piping; andsteady (static) loads such as would be required for gas service applications.

 The main typeof fiberglass pipe include Glass fiber reinforced plastic mortarpipe, FRP composite pipe,FRP press pipe,FRP process pipe, FRP Mine gas pipe,FRP conduit pipe ,FRP chimney,FRP seepage pipeetc.

 3.Characteristics:

1)Light weight, high strength, and convenient transportation and installation.

2)Excellent corrosion resistant, it can be used under the condition of seawater environment for long time.

3)Smooth inner surface, its roughness coefficient is 0.0084, good conveying, and no fouling, no secondary pollution, decrease the cost ofthe running & maintenance.

4.Techniqual parameter:

1)Normal Diameter:DN100-4,000mm;

2)Length of single pipe: DN<250mm ,L=6m ;DN≥250mm,L=12m ;

  the length can also be made   according to the requirement of the user.

3)Normal Pressure Class:0.1MPa~2.5MPa;
4)Normal Stiffiness:SN1,250,SN2,500,SN5,000,SN10,000.

5. Connectionway:
Connection way can adopt screw connection, spigot and socketconnection, flange connection, plain end butt connection, sleeve connection,etc connection way.
