ER-MP1 Mud Pulser positive pulse generator is that it changes the flowing area between the main valve head and current-limiting ring, which lead to the mud pressure in drilling column to vary . Mud pulse is formed in order to transmit the signal to the ground.
ER-MP1 wireless pulse generator while drilling is the fluid pulse generator with a positive pulse, sitting button under it , small diameter, can be salvaged . Signal input by probe can be coded to control servo valve and through the signal valve turn to a drilling fluid pressure pulse and then transmit to the ground. It has a compact structure, the use of a wide range and simple maintenance, long life, low power and so on. The pulse generator not only has been linked to GEO-Link Probe and Probe QDT-MWD to go down, but also been linked to other probe-line to work by changing the interface. Its diameter was 48 mm, it is applied to a wide range of hole sizes, and can meet the short-radius whipstocking .
