Basic Design features :

1: Welded box boom for low maintenance. The design is stiff and rigid, with reduced flexibility, giving the

   operator a faster and more accurate positioning of the cargo.

2: Fail-safe brakes on all movements.

3: Fully enclosed and equipped drivers cabin with integrated heating.

4: Dual pump system with separate hydraulic circuit for hoist and luffing/slewing to ensure efficient cargo

    handling.

5: The variable speed hoist will automatically adjust to the highest possible speed for the appropriate

     load.

Standard equipment:

1: Complete crane with necessary equipment according to requirements from specified Classification 

    Society and Flag State to ensure safe operation.

2: Pedestal of standard height ready for mounting and welding to vessel’s main steel structure.

3: Electric starter equipment

4: Flood lights mounted on jib

5: Oil cooler for continuous use

6: Limit switches for automatic stop of hook travel in top and bottom position

7: Entire steel structure is made of certified steel and is sandblasted to Sa 2.5 prior to painting

8: Full two-component epoxy/acrylic paint system of highest marine standard. Color according to owner’s

    choice

9: All platforms and ladders are hot dip galvanized

10: Full set of documentation and Operation Manual

11: Hand operated pump for release of brake on winch and slewing gear

12: Spare filters for one year normal operation
