TK Series Elliptic Vibrating Screen Used in mineral Screening

Brief Introduction:

TK Series Elliptic Vibrating Screen is a new type vibrating screen by absorbing international state-of-art.

It has advantages of circular vibrating screen as well as linear vibrating screen, and its main parameters

are adjustable. It is suitable for both dry type and wet type screening process. It has been widely used

in screening process of sand-stone production line. It can also be used for classifying process in many

areas such as ore dressing, chemical, construction, transportation and etc.

Performance features:

1. Vibration exciter is made up of three shafts which have eccentric blocks, so its vibration path is

ellipse, the exciting force large and screening efficiency high.

2. Commonality of spare parts. Only 2 kinds of vibrators for more than 10 models of the screen.

3. Vibrating frequency and amplitude and direction angle are adjustable to suit various applications.

4. In case of accident of side plate cracking because of welding technique, we adopt riveting

interconnecting piece with ring-grooved lock bolt.

5. Low noise, steady resonance region and little pressure on the base by choosing optimally designed

spring.

6. It is an ideal equipment for mobile crushing & screening plant, due to low installation height and

steady process.

7.By using low alloy bending structure steel (Q345), it still can work in cold area at -40.C.
