DEAR SIR,
RE: monofilament extruder
We supply extruder for monofilament from material PP, PET, NYLON, or NYLON 6 made in Taiwan and China Current development could give 7tons production per day.
The general features of our machine are as per attached photos and below. - All quenching tank is made of stainless steel – both inside & outside Hot air oven, hot water tank, winder, and oil station are also made of stainless – both inside & outside. - Mould head is upgraded as 2-parts, which gives more convenience in cleaning. - Sliding doors for single side winders (maintenance more easier and more neat / clean from dust.)
The application of monofilament from our machine could be many, for zipper, for fine yarn (widely used in 3D spacer, cushion…), for bristle, for fishing line / net….
