Introdution of fuel tank container:
SHANDONG TITAN fuel tank container is mainly used transport kinds of diesel fuel, petrol, crude oil,
chemical etc liquid materials.
The fuel tank container is a pressure vessel mounted in a frame. Frame dimensions comply
with the International Standard Organization (ISO) guidelines and are constructed in accordance
with uniform international regulations for carriage of bulk cargoes by truck, train or ship.
Our manufacturing equipment advantages:
1 Flat butt automatic welding machine(splice plate machine), to ensure the steel is flat, and seam is welded
by one side in shape by two sides. So there is no minimal deformation, also clean and beautiful seam on
both sides, round and smooth transfers.
2 Automatic flat board turning-over machine, it is used in the procedure of the board turn-over after being
welding. With a combination of the flat butt automatic welding machine, make the safety and efficiency.
3 Tank rolling machine, the tanker body is shaped by one time, all of which features the machine good in
appearance, efficient in production.
4 Automatic girth welding machine for irregular shape tank. The welding seams is good in appearance,
high in welding quality and production efficiency.
5 Tube bending machine, the tube of tanker body adopt one time forming bending tube, improve the
pipeline of safety and good appearance.
6 Professional paint workshop for tanker trailer, from sand blasting, prime to top painting, guarantee the
tanker body of brightness and the adhesion of paint.
