The forged ring is machined for the gear and flange. The material can be 35CrMo 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo etc.
The manufacturing equipment is hydraulic press, the forging ratio is more than 3, the technical condition
is in accordance with the standard of EN, ASTM, AISI and DIN etc.
The product can be provided as your drawing and specified requirement.
Mechanical Porperties: Strength Of Extension is more than 930; Yield Point is more than 735; Percentage Elongation.
After fracture is more than11; Percentage Reduction of Area is more than 45.
