high silica roving making Molten steel filtering part
It is made of high silica roving in 3 warp yarn and 3 weft yarn weave way and then make molding by coating phenolic resin under high temperature.The finished product is 360~380g/m2,mesh size of 1.5mm/8mesh,2mm/7mesh or 2.5mm/6mesh,standing temperature 1600C.It is used for filtering impurity when molten steel casting,we process it into different size as per client’s drawing,the products are as follows:
A . Flat filtering part,we can cut it as per the clients’ size.
B. Round cap shape filtering part,we can make mould to process it as per clients’ drawing.
C. Square flat top cap shape,we can make mould to process it as per clients’ drawing.
D. Square globose top cap shape,we can make mould to process it as per clients’ drawing.
E. Square taper cap shape,we can make mould to process it as per clients’ drawing.
F. Round taper cap shape,we can make mould to process it as per clients’ drawing.
