Its thickness is from 10mm to 25mm, It can endure high impact strength, compression-resistant is more than 1.2 ~ 2Mpa and fractional hole area is 70 ~ 90%, so it can screen out shot from metal liquid.
It is ZrO2 filter mesh part, which is suitable for casting steel, its compression-resistant is 2Mpa, and its using temperature is less than 1680oC.
It is SiC filter mesh, which is suitable for casting steel and iron, its compression-resistant is 1.2Mpa, and its using temperature is less than 1500oC.
It is AlO filter mesh, which is suitable for casting aluminum, its compression-resistant is 1.2Mpa, and its using temperature is less than 850oC.
The thickness of above filter mesh part can be done as per client required and the size of it can be round, square.
