This kind of mesh part with mirco holes is used for melting liquid metal filtering material. Its thickness is from 10mm to 25mm, It can endure high impact strength, compression-resistant is more than 1.2 ~ 2Mpa and fractional hole area is 70 ~ 90%, so it can screen out shot from metal liquid.

It is ZrO₂ filter mesh part, which is suitable for casting steel, its compression-resistant is 2Mpa, and its using temperature is less than 1680^oC.

It is SiC filter mesh, which is suitable for casting steel and iron, its compression-resistant is 1.2Mpa, and its using temperature is less than 1500^oC.

It is AlO filter mesh, which is suitable for casting aluminum, its compression-resistant is 1.2Mpa, and its using temperature is less than 850^oC.

The thickness of above filter mesh part can be done as per client required and the size of it can be round, square.
