1.Usage:This machine is applied to producing HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE films, which are widely used for packaging food, garment, textile,daily necessaries and industrial products,etc. It can produce pearly-lustre film and degradable film by using different formulas.
2.Screw & Cylinder:Both the screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation,they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance.
3.Die-head:The die-head is plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture,it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good.
4.Cooling set & Cooling water system:The labyrinth air-cooling set and circulating cooling water system lead to the best transparency of film.
5.Take-up equipment:The take-up equipment adopts friction or center winder. Driven by torque motor, it has strengths of smooth winding and easy operation.
6.Frame:The frame of the whole machine is made of steel,and is painted.
