Hydraulic cylinder is one of our main products, mainly used in Excavators, Rotary drilling rig, Tunneller and such engineering machines. Through long-time heat treatment production line processing introduced from Japan, it is of high strength, of high accuracy and durable, please call our company for details.
Our hydraulic cylinders are used for excavators and other construction machinery. They are of high working pressure, reliable performance, long life, easy installation, easy maintenance and so on. The seals are imported named NOK. The piston rod are made of high-quality alloy steel, after heat treatment, especially surface quenching, its hardness can reach HRC55, which can effectively prevent piston rod surface from bumps and strains. After the chrome-plating surface of piston rod being polished, the roughness of the surface is reduced and the service life of the seals is greatly extended.
The cylinder is made of alloy steel or medium carbon steel. After milling, pressing and such advanced processing technology, the roughness of the cylinder’s inside surface is reduced, the friction gets smaller, and the service life of the seals is extended. The two ends of hydraulic cylinder are equipped with buffer devices with good performance, which effectively relieves the inertial force generated by the end of travel, reduces the high speed and peak pressure to the least, lowers the noise and impact load, and makes excavator work steadily and coherently.
Our cylinder is used for Hitachi, Komatsu, Kobelco, Sumitomo, Daewoo, Hyundai, Carter, Volvo, Doosan, Kato,etc.
