USAGE
This machine is Double layers PE plastic film blowing machine for blowing two layers or one layer PE(HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) film; etc. Two layers PE plastic film has excellent barrier property, this kind film is lot using for packing liquid food, like soft drink, milk, pure water. Etc., and widely used for making bags, like express bags(Such as DHL bags), protecting bags, light-tight bags. etc.
CHARACTERISTIC
1. Frequency inverters control main motor and traction motor.
2. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAl-A after nitrogen treatment, Supplied from Zhoushan city.
3. Gear box: HARD teeth gear surface, casting alloy piston, high precise grinding.
4. Die material: steel No.45 high hardness material, hard chrome- plating, mirror surface channel.
5. Double digital display automatic temperature controller
6. Machine passed CE certification, and our factory passed ISO certification, quality guaranteed.
7. For more machine functions, we have rotary die head, double stations rewinder, corona treatment, auto feeding, and auto.film roll changer rewinder for option. Etc.
