GD-0703 Hydraulic Wheel Track Molding Machine

Purpose:

The instrument is designed and made as per T0703 "Bituminous Mixture Test Sample Making Methods (Rolling and Compacting methods)" in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is usually used with wheel track tester,and it is mainly used to make samples for wheel track test.

Moving speed of test mold: 6 reciprocations per minute;

Pressure of rolling wheel: can be continuously adjusted in the range of 0~20kN (it has been set to 0 kN before leaving factory).

Preheat temperature of rolling wheel: it can be set in the range of 20~200C as your requirements;
