Operating Principle:
Dust-laden air enters the cylindrical body of the cyclone tangentially at the top and the flow assumes a vortex pattern as it travels helically downward. When the particles reach the wall, friction and gravity force then to descend and discharge into a receiver. Centrifugal force from the air\'s tangential velocity causes the heavier dust particles to move radically out ward toward the cuclone\'s wall. The cleaned air spirals upward and exits at the top of the cyclone.
CLK diffuser cyclone dust collector are good at catching dry and non-fiber granular dust. It reduce the possibility that dusty gas escape by shortage,from the center of the cylinder to the discharging, because of the inverted cone. In order to prevent the twice air to roll up the dust and to bring out by the increased flow, it is equipped with conical reflector screen. So it enhances the efficiency of separation of the dust.
Mainly Application:
The equipment apply to metallurgy, foundry, building material, chemicals, grain, cements etc. It can be used to catch dry nonfiber granule and dust particles, so it is one kind of recycle materials equipment.
