Honeycomb sheet
The honeycomb sheet has the function of soft light. The ray of light could become diffuse reflection through the sheet, and then it could remove the projection made by direct sunlight. And there won’t be any hotspot on the sheet, thereby, it could reach the function of soft light.
The honeycomb sheet has better impact resistance, shock resistance, sound insulation and also thermal insulation effect.
Features:
1) light transmission: up to 74%.
2) impact resistance: 250-300 times that of glass,
20-30 times that of acrylic sheeting.
3) temperature resistance range: -40 ~ +120℃
4) light weight: only 1/15 of the weight of glass of the same thickness.
5) ultraviolet resistance: with UV protective layer.
6) flame resistance: rated class B1
7) sound and heat proof.
8) fine plasticity, either cold bending or hot bending.
9) multi-wall polycarbonate sheeting is an engineering plastic of excellent integration capability. It has outstanding physical, mechanical,electrical and heat capabilities.
