EAGER series blue flame hot recycling comprehensive maintenance vehicle integrates asphalt recycling heater, asphalt concrete hotbox and emulsified asphalt sprayer in the same chassis. The equipment can complete the road disease problem such as potholes, net cracks, bump, weak joint problems, is the ideal road disease repair equipment. 

Application scope:

1.        potholes, crunching side;

2.        rut;

3.        crack, net crack, hemp surface loose, peeling, etc.;

4.        bump, oil floating;

5.        municipal repair after excavation;

6.        road disease around municipal manhole-covers (which cannot use conventional methods of milling or broken);

8.        Cold joints in the middle of two new road surfacing paving frame.

Product features
Thermal insulation material box
a. Burner heating: Burner heating the heat transfer oil, indirect heating materials.
b. By electric heater heating the materials at night, can shorten the daytime material heating time, improve work efficiency.
c. insulation material box volume 1.1 m³, large heat exchange area makes the heating quickly.
d. Hydraulic control the material the door opening, closing and discharge, reasonable design of mid-split discharge port makes the loading operation easily and quickly. Hydraulic driven screw discharge system, simple operation, material discharge smooth, continuous and rapidly.

Control system
PLC touch screen, centralized control cabinet, dual control system, convenient for the construction.

Computer centralized control temperature, when the heating temperature reaches the set temperature inside of the insulation box, it automatically starts into the insulating state, when the temperatures drop down to the minimum set temperature, it restart the heating which is convenient and energy-efficient. The material insulation box can be used for heating, recycling of waste material, and insulation of the new material.
Blue flame heating plate
EAGER series blue flame heating comprehensive maintenance vehicle has two heating plates, with heating size of 2.0 square meters, 2.4 square meters and 3.2 square meters, can make left and right district heating separately or simultaneously heating.
Emulsified asphalt spraying system
Adopts emulsified asphalt constant pressure spray control system, supplemented by diesel-cleaning device under the premise of good protection spray and prolongs service life. Emulsified asphalt tank volume: 35L.
