SM-300 universal testing machine is applicable to the industries including aviation & spaceflight, petroleum chemical industry, mechanism, metal materials, wires & cables, rubber & plastic, paper products, color-printing packaging, adhesive tape, trunk & handbag, textile, foods, pharmacy, etc.
It can test physical capability of all kinds of materials and finished & semi finished products, also can test extension &compression resistance, extension& compression endurance, bend resistance, avulsion, stripping and stickiness & shearing force, etc if choose different clamps. Can operate testing according to the national and international standards like GB, ISO, ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS, etc. It is a ideal testing & research equipment for all factories,technical supervision departments,commodity inspection agencies, scientific research institutes and college and academy. etc.
Measurement and control software system is designed purposely for microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine, microcomputer controlled universal hydraulic testing machine and microcomputer controlled compress testing machine, used for the test of tension, compress, bend, shear, tearing and peel. With the personal computer and interface plate, it could collect, save, process and print test result. Further it can calculate multiple parameters, i.e. maximum force, yield strength, average peel force, maximum deformation, yielding point and elastic modulus; this system is featured in curve process, multi-sensor support, image interface, flexible data process, MS-ACCESS 2003 database support and powerful system function.
Support 9 languages, i.e. Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, French, German and Portuguese, all of which could be shifted freely. The display name of text of test database is automatically translated with the selected word, easy to browse the data in the mother tongue, so it is appropriate for wide use in whole world.
Support 3 types, i.e. SI International Standard Unit, Kg-cm Unit and Lb-Inch English Unit; 6 common systems of units, i.e. -mm-MPa, kN-mm-MPa, gf-cm-kgf/cm2, kgf-cm-kgf/cm2, Lb-Inch-kpsi and kP-Inch-kpsi, all of which could be shifted conveniently to satisfy different local requirements.
By using optical isolating USB2.0 communication interfaces, avoided the failure caused by common-ground-failure on computer serial ports or serial ports of circuit boards are terminated, which achieves hot plug.
The software allows hierarchical privilege management, i.e. test clerk, test manager and tester manufacturer, putting eyes on both convenience and safety.
Software Features:
Image interface: It’s convenient for operation and can be reduced the misoperation through voice prompt to promote the reliability.
MS-ACCESS database technology and SQL technology: It can standardize the saving and processing of data to facilitate the connection with Intranet or Internet; and the connection with Office software as Word or Excel; besides, the user can read the original testing data through standard database.
Modularized program designing: Crystal Reporter report system and expanded customized report of VBScript and automatic calculation function of parameters can implement secondary development of users, so it can realize other testing functions excluding for tension, compression, tearing, peel and shear provided by software package.
Function of curve chart: The real-time curve chart and coordinate axes of the chart can be selected the parameter’s type, theoretically, there are 169 types of curve charts, which can display the parameters.
Multi-sensor support: It can support 5 force sensors,5 deformed sensors + large deformation + displacement, which substantially expand the testing range.
