1. Function:
The width measurement gauge is perfectly used for online width measurement of cold/hot strip rolling mills with stable functions, high accuracy, and quick response. It gives real time digital / analog output of the width in automation control system for steel rolling mills. It is also an ideal choice for online width measurement for other metal plates, rubber sheets, papers, etc
The ABLY Series width measurement gauge uses high speed high accuracy CCD sensors, measures the edge of the strip at the same time, and gets digital signals directly. According to the geometric relation, the space coordinates of the two edges can be determined and thus the actual width value is calculated.

l Multiple communication interface,such as RS485, TCP/IP, Prefabs, UDP/IP etc.(Fixed during basic design by both parties.) Signal communication with basic automation system and L2 system. (Strip number and nominal width set up) the malfunctions signal can be transmitted to the computer system.
