Reclaimed Rubber Dynamic Desulfurization Tank(Xincheng,China)
This product is used for that in order to reach even and effective desulfidation for rubber powder, put pulverous crosslinked rubber, softener, activator and water into the pot ,heat hermetically and mix contlnuously, adopted key equipment for the technology of high temperature dynamic desulfidation.
This product is a horizontal pressure vessel Type II, heats up with the heat conduction oil. Customers could select two ways-automatic and manual operation for pot gate opening and closing. Upside of the pot is charge port, and downside is discharge port. Full auto-dynamic pot opening and closing gate is controlled by hydraulic pressure. Adopt manual mechanical alternate out hand opening and closingate for the manual dynamic opening and closing gate. Above two dynamic pots are linked to the zero pressures witch to ensure safety. Adopt JZQ series reducer through douole row chain wheel rotating or direct driving for the blender, positive and negative rotating could be controlled automatically. The shape of mixing propeller is assorted of ribbon and mural. The parts of pressure vessel are designed and manufactured according to BG150-98 “Steel Pressure Vessel” and have been inspected examination and approved by. Hebei province Technology Inspection Office of Boiler and Pressure Vessel.
