Roller 1～2# is chilled alloy drilled roll, surface is plated with hard chrome and  then grinded;
Roller 3#,4#,5# are forging alloy roll, inspection treatment; surface is plated with hard chrome;
Calendar bearing adopts four- column high precision bearing; bearing foundation adopts nodular cast iron which is made by Bei Jing bearing factory;
Gap adjustment device;
Roller 4# is equipped with crossing device.
