Oil Heating 4 Roll Calender Anti-Abrasive For Making Rubberized Fabric
1. This calender machine is composed of four-roll calendar, heat lead deice, embossing machine and auxiliary cooling machine etc.
2. This calender machine is suitable for the production of PVC soft film, semi-hard color film rolls in the thickness range of 0.05-0.60mm with the thickness tolerance ≤0.01mm.
3. Calendar roll adopts independent driving in conjunction with special rigid gear reducer; options include preload, anti-curving device and hydraulic axle crossover device.
