A : 1 . 30% T/T deposit when P/O placed and samples approved, and 70% before delivery.
     2 . For big order, we can negotiate the payment terms, it should be good for both of us.

A : Sampling time: 5  to 7 days
     Production time: 1 month

How long is the delivery time?

A : Shipping by vessel will take 2 to 4 weeks according to different destination port
     Shipping by air will take 5 to 10 days

If all the materials can pass the safety testing for phthalates and lead?

A : Yes, All materials of our products are comply to the international safety standard and can pass European test standard, ASTM F963, and EN71.

How can I get the samples?

A : 1 . For new customer, we\'ll request sample fee, it will be deducted if the new order confirmed;

           the customer need to bear the postage charges. 
     2 . For old customer, we can provide free sample according to the complexity of the product.
