Description:
1. The primary machine barrel and screw are adopted with high quality material of 38CrMoAlA and
nitrogen treatment
2. Series drinking straw extrusion line is a set of drinking straw production line,Using polypropylene(pp)as raw materials ,with the use of master batch after malting extrusion,shaping,cooling ,pulling cutting,then
produce coloress,color,two-color and three-color drinking straw.
3. This production line is composed of extruder,mould,cooling device traction and cutting device,electric
control part and so on.
4. The new design will more easy to plasticize and increase the productioncapacity.It is an econmic and
perfect machine for producing the straw.
Applications:
1. Food industry:PP PE pipe, drinking straws,lollipop sticks,coffee stirring stick etc.
2. The other industry:bullpens refill,cotton swab sticks, brake pipe and some small,diameter pipes.
3. ball-pen,core,watercolor pen core,toy tube,drop tube and other small industrial irregular shape pipes.
4. The toothed belt transmission incorporated with a DC motor ensures great stability for precision cutting
and straw length accuracy.
5. The easy to change, twodie system provides a straw diameter range from 6mm to 11mm with easy
adjustment of thickness.
