Phenolic paper laminated sheets/PFCP201

Phenolic paper laminated sheets/PFCP series are made of cellulosefiber paper impregnated with phenolic resin by processing under heat andpressure.

PFCP201 : Mechanicalperformance is superior to other PFCP type, with lower electrical performancein normal humidity, suitable for using as insulation structural partsof hot blunt processing, mechanical andlow voltage electrical equipment.

PFCP202 : Highelectrical applications in oil, and good electrical applications in normalhumidity, applicable for higher voltage instruments.

PFCP203: Goodelectrical applications under normal humidity condition, suitablefor hot punching, mechanical & electrical applications.

PFCP206: Goodelectrical applications under highl humidity condition, lower loss factor,suitable for isolation of higher voltage instruments and hot punching.

PFCP207: Similar to PFCP 201, but with good punchingpractice at lower temperature.

PFCP308: Goodelectrical performance under high humidity condition, suitable for hotpunching. Similar to PFCP206 but with flame retardant property.
