The PPR pipe extrusion line is mechanotronics, with the advantages of:

Description:
This advanced PPR pipe extrusion line can produce PP-R pipe,PE-RT pipe,PEX pipe. Adopting the latest Germany techniques, we developed high-efficient extruder based on the special character of PP-R,PEX, equipped with the high torque reducer,newly designed barrel with slot,LTM high-efficient screw etc. We really achieve better plasticization with low temperature. This advanced PP-R,PE-RT,PE,PEX pipe making machine mainly consists of controlling system,extruder,die,calibration system,haul-off and cutting device,printer,stacking device and winder. The special designed spiral basket structure of the extrusion die, ensures the flow distribution equally. The calibration system and cooling system guarantee the high quality of the plastic pipes. Equipped with different extrusion dies, screws and downstream line, the extrusion line can also produce PE, ABS,PE-RT and PEX pipes. The advanced machine equipped with PLC system and touch screen, is highly automatic with better reliability and stability.Specifications:

Applications:
The advanced PP-R pipe production line can produce PP-R pipe which is non-toxic,healthy,heat-resistant and have good performance of warm keeping, it is convenient for welding and can also be recycled. PEX pipe has good character of high and low temperature resistant. Compared with PEX, PE-RT don\'t need crosslink but can be recycled and convenient for processing with the character of heat-resistant and better stability. Adding two more extruders, the line can produce glass-fiber reinforced pipe.
