During sand washer running process,the motor drives the V-belt,reducer and the gear reducing to let the impeller moving.sand from the hopper into the washer,through the impeller grinding,distil dust,break the moisture layer till dewatering.At the same time, add water to make water flow and get off the dust or others, then discharged by the wahsthrough,finished the cleaning action.The clean sand be get out by the impeller,and then into the discharging opening, finished the sand washing action.
