Product introduction
The gravure printing machine is a professional machine for printing, it is designed in virtue of our rich experience on producing printing machines and by referring to the advanced equipments both at domestic and broad; it is a new inoculated and combined model. It is a professional printing machine for transferring printing papers, and besides, it can print the presswork whose materials are plastic, nonwovens and Terylene and so on. It is the optimal equipment in the printing industry in virtue of its advanced techniques, reasonable structure. It has superior configuration and stable operation.
The main technical features:
The holistic modular framework is inoculated and made up with solid cast iron plates, all the eyelets are parallel. It has a frequency converting motor, spiral bevel gears, oil gear case and is coupling drive. The block roller is the roller with spindle and it is a gas-cap device. The scraper of printing ink can be regulated in arbitrary angle and breadth-wise shifted automatically. The way of its compaction is triax-ial pneumatic Embossing rollers, double-cylinder embossing. The fitting flower pattern chromatography which can be breadth-wise regulated both automatically and manually. Baiting: regulating the invariableness of magnetism powder automatically or manually by using magnetism power control and sensors. Rolling: adopts landing double-roller to roll by the friction. Oven: adopts hot air cycle to blow hot air by using dual-port centrifugal fan and dries at a constant temperature.Technical parameters
