Automatic ferry cart for into and out of autoclave
a) USES
It is an essential tool for the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete. It will ship the cake after curing with the bottom plate and curing cart to packing system.

In and out autoclave ferry cart is composed by cart frame, driven divice, loactor device and bridge cross.
Frame: The frame beam is made of steel, and it is made by welding the H steel and steel pipe, which make the rigidity have max load. The top is for mold guide rail.
Driving device including moving driven and tracting driven. The moving driving includes the active drive and driven drive, the active drive is composed of motor, reducer, belt disc, transmission shaft, joint shaft and wheel, etc. It is controlled by the electrical controller.
Locator device is composed by hydraulic station, oil cylinder, mechanism locator, controlled by control box.
Bridge cross device is composed by hydraulic station, oil cylinder, machine assembly parts. The assembly part is composed by structural steel, steel plate.
The degree of the it can bearing the maximum loading of the machine, the uper lay the guidance rail of the curing cart, and controlled by the control box.
d) Work principle
The transmission system make the vehicle running when the power is supplied to the motor, and then the
vehicle will ship the cake after cutting with bottom plate and curing cart into out-autoclave area, and the
curing cart will be moved to out-autoclave area by the tractor driven system.
