Description:The GD series high speed precision press: Our company GD series high speed precision automatic line is mainly applied in the industry of manufacture the motor rotor and stator, electron, electric appliance dome and connector. The main specification & features 1 Our products adopt four-column & double points structure, with one promoted cylinder on each of the four columns. The sliding block can be promoted in a large range on the guide pillar by the function of the cylinders. Thus it is convenient to change sub-dies and make some tooling maintenance. And the cylinders also have the function of hydraulic overload protection. 2 We change the traditional crankshaft connecting rod structure to crankshaft sliding block structure of the spindle power structure of the double points, thus it not only increase the rigidity but lay the double power point with a farther distance, which increase the capacity to bear eccentric load in the direction. At the other direction of the slide, namely the direction of the forward and backward guide way, we change the single group roller guide rail guidance to up and down double groups roller guide rail guidance. Because of the long distance of the up and down roller, the guide guidance is with high precision and the capacity of the bearing the eccentric load of the whole press of is very strong. 3 Main parts such as pedestal, upper beam and sliding block of the press are all precision casting formed to fluid state sand. Because of good nature of anti-vibration and anti-distortion after aging treatment, it can keep long-time precision, diminish the noise and make the press with a good shape. 4 Installed eccentric covers at both sides of the spindle, assembled the counterweight clump inside the eccentric covers to eliminate the imbalance aroused by the eccentric covers. 5 Some balancing springs are installed on the upper beam of the press to balance the weight of the slide parts and the upper mold, and promote precision through the balance adjusting bolt. 6 The whole production line adopts PLC control. The variable parameter can be input by the human-machine. 7 Because of adoption of the oil mist lubricative technology, it can greatly reduce the hot- deformation and promote the precision of the bottom stop.
