Application field ofinsulating joint:
The insulating joint ismainly used between the equipments of gas pressure adjusting, measuring andstorage, as well as gas transmission-distribution pipeline. Its main functionis insulating each section of gas transmission-distribution pipeline, equipmentand pipeline, avoiding them from corrosion; so finally the pipeline andequipment have longer life.
Features of insulating joint:
The insulating joint forburied pipeline uses complete extrusion-welding type without bolt or flange. Theinsulating and sealing materials are fixed inner of sleeve. After assemblingand installing the insulating joint, the interior component should be fixed atrelevant position. Under test of soil pressure, regulated operating pressure ofpipeline and spot water pressure, the whole insulating joint keeps well. Thesealing component of insulating joint is closed to the insulating plate in thejoint, and has everlasting elasticity. Both faces of sealing componentindirectly touch with exposed metal surface without moving to ensure thetightness of joint.
