Structure features ofvertical & horizontal quick opening closure:
1 There is no oppositerotating between sealing surface of closure and sealing ring; the whole systemhas better sealing effect;
2 Three-petal clamps reducelength of opening screw, which makes the switch more flexible;
3 The bearing capacity areaof teeth is simultaneously enlarged; it is more suitable for the gas pipelineof high-pressure and large caliber; there is no welding part at main bearingposition;
4 There is function of secureself-locking.
Opening process of quickopening closure:
1 Open the air release valveand exhausting valve of the container where the closure is installed to reducethe pressure in the container to be zero;
2 Use the spanner to rotatethe screw to enlarge internal diameter of three-petal clamps tightening ring;stop rotating screw when the internal diameter of tightening ring is largerthan the external diameter of closure; and at this time the tightening ringseparates from the closure seat and cover;
3 Pull the handle with handand open the quick opening closure.
Closing process of quickopening closure:
1 Cover the antirust grease(glycerol) after completely clean sealing surface, sealing groove and dirt inthe pressing rings;
2 Close and push the closuretightly;
3 Use the spanner to rotatethe screw anticlockwise; press the closure cover;
4 Install the safetyinterlock mechanism.
