Application field ofinsulated joint:
The insulated joint producedby Shenyang Wensheng is used for the equipments of gas pipeline, gas adjustingpressure, estimating and storage. It mainly insulates each section oftransmission pipeline, as well as the equipment and pipeline. Finally thepipeline and equipment have longer use life.
Structure features ofinsulated joint:
The insulated joint is weldedafter being extruded by the whole body, not bolt or flange. The insulated andsealed materials are inset and fixed in the sleeve. After installing theinsulated joint, inner parts should be fixed at relative position. Under thepressure of soil, specified pipeline operation, and the water pressure offactory or spot, the whole insulated joint should be kept well. The sealed partof insulated joint is closed to the insulated plate in the joint, and haslasting elasticity. Both sides of the sealed part directly touch the surface ofmetal, and will not move, which ensures tightness of joint.
