The quick opening closure isused for the pressure pipe or on the circular opening of pressure container. Itis also a kind of device to achieve quickly opening or closing. The quickopening closure generally consists of flange, head cover, hook ring or clamp,sealing ring, security interlocking mechanism, opening and closing mechanism,rotary arm, short segment, and so on.

How to open the quick openingclosure:
1 Inspect the pressure innerof the cavity of the closure cylinder, and do not operate until the pressurenumber return to zero.
2 Inspect that whether thevalves of inlet and outlet are closed without any pressure.
3 Slowly release the pressurealarm bolt, and inspect whether there is pressure in the container.
4 Take the pressure alarmbolt and its lock plate off the closure if there is no pressure.
5 Rotate the handle 180degree anticlockwise to start the drive chain and horseshoe mechanism device,simultaneously the locking belt progressively shrank back to the gate recess.
