Description of ceramci fiber cloth
Ceramic fiber cloth for brazing is a woven fabric made from high quality ceramic fiber material. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, or alloy steel wire. Fiberglass filament reinforced rope can work in the temperature below 600C with electric insulating property, while alloy steel wire can work in the temperature 1050C with higher strength. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

1.Continuous use temperature can up to 1000°C,short term use temperature is 1260°C
2.Has good resistance to acid corrosion resistant aluminum and zinc
3.Good high temperature strength and thermal insulation properties
4.With a reinforcing material of E-glass, the ceramic fiber cloth, tap, packing and other products have high level electrical insulation and high temperature insulation than glass fiber.

4. Insulation covered with cloth, high temperature expansion joints filler, flue liners.
