Description:

Asymmetric ceramic membrane filtration pipe is the filtering element of high temperature gas solid separation device. It is in the porous ceramic support surface coated with N layer fine filter membrane. Support layer, transition layer, membrane layer distribution is asymmetrical.  Its membrane layer is fiber membrane (SiC/Al2O3 grey) and particles membrane (3Al2O3 /2SiO2), and through high heat sintering.

Positive pressure filter mode, the dust collected in the filter of the lateral, with the method of surface filtration mechanism of filter cake filtration.

Back way: In the back pulse jetting, through back pulse control meter control action, the control device can be connected to the central control room
