Operation Principle

   Organic ceramic membrane liquid-solid separation equipment uses organic ceramic membranes as filter element, and puts ceramic membrane into metal vessel to form membrane components of different specification. The equipment adopts highly effective “cross-flow” filtration, that is, pump the filtered liquid into the channel coated with ceramic membrane, material whose particle size is larger than membrane pore size shall be intercepted by membrane, purified liquid passes through membrane and support, when flow direction of filtered liquid is perpendicular to oozing direction of filtered liquid, cross-flow filtration is formed. Liquid flow in membrane tube may lighten formation of pollution layer.
