Heat-Treatment : Gas Nitrided or Bimetallic or Special alloy inner hole centrifugal casting
Hardness :>950Hv
Advantages: 1.good plasticization, high productivity, small shear force, stable pressure, less wear and tear and low cost. 2.lower rotation speed, smaller shear stress between the small screw 3.parallel twin screw barrel is successfully applied in PVC plate , pipe, profile, pellet and mould, at the same time, it solved the techical problem of low foaming , high foaming , high filling ,wear and corrosion. |
