Principle：GC800 ultrasonic thickness meter (Basic) is based on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection for thickness measurement. When the launch of the ultrasonic pulse probe passing through the material object to the tested interface, the pulse is reflected back to the probe, by the accurate time measurement of ultrasonic wave propagation in the material, the thickness of the material is tested.
GC800 ultrasonic thickness meter is an advanced nondestructive testing instrument, integrating electronic science and measurement technology. It adopts microcomputer for data analysis, processing, display, using highly optimized measurement circuit, with high measurement precision, wide range, simple operation, stable and reliable performance, etc.Those that allow ultrasonic wave propagating at a constant speed in its internal can be tested on this principle. Can accurately measure all kinds of plank and machining parts, widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.
