Cleanroom Pass boxes Installation: 

Cleanroom Pass boxes can be installed in a number of ways,depending on the wall or door that will support them. The orderingchart indicates the cut-out size necessary to support each model size
(simply add 13 mm to the chamber width and height). KEING offers mounting brackets and hardware to ensure secure mounting. In most cases,a bracket kit provides ample support. Models are available for either wall mounting (at a convenient standing height) or floor mounting (to allow passage
of carts and other equipment along the floor). Select support brackets for 36\"D
(914 mm) wall-mount models.

Note: Brackets are mounted to allow chambers to protrude 51 mm on the cleanroom side.
 

Standard Pass-Through Mounting

All models include mounting brackets (stainless or powder-coated steel). All brackets require .25\" (6 mm) clearance between the wall cut-out and the pass-through. Standard mounting is 2\" (51 mm) from the front of the cleanroom side (specify other desired location). For electropolishing, add \"-2\" to the part number

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.
