Exothermic welding is one kind of exothermic welding methods which use super high heat produced by chemical reaction (exothermic reaction) to complete welding. Exothermic welding is also called as fireclay fusion joining, fireclay fusion welding, exothermic fusion welding, exothermic welding, chemical heat fusion welding, etc.
Chemical reaction rate for exothermic welding is so fast that it only needs a few seconds to complete welding. Produced super high heat can effectively conduct to fusion part so that it is melted to form bonded molecular. No other heat is required. It is the best method to weld metal conductor for ground circuit. See IEEE std.80-1976.
Exothermic welding mainly weld pure copper, brass, bronze, copper, copper-clad steel, pure iron, stainless steel, ductile iron, zinc plated steel, cast iron, copper alloy, alloy steel and etc.
Welding materials produced by our company are safe, nontoxic and friendly environmental since they don’t use phosphor and dangerous chemicals easily producing metal toxic gasses used by other flux. Gasses produced by reaction are CO2 and H2O so that there are no occupational diseases risks for operators and
