Based on long-term survey,fine design and courageous practice,two-stage sieve-free wet material fine crusher was successfully developed with patent of utility model,capable of crushing highly wet and hard materials such as coal slack,shale,cinder,construction waste,slag,furnace slag,cement,refractories,heat insulating materials,etc.as well as more than300 kinds of building materials.Better crushing effect can be accomplished in respect of building of brick plant and coal separation plant.
The machine is equivalent to combining hammering and breaking into one using two sets of rotors tandem,with the following characteristics:
- Double rotors’ two-stage crushing greatly enhance the material fineness.
- No sieve no blocked outgoing of hard materials and wet materials.
- High wear-resistant‘big alloyed golden teeth’hammer is long-lasting,with change of hammer only rather than hammer handle.
- Unique technology of shifting for gap adjustment,hammer with wear may continue to be used repeatedly after shifting.
- Hydraulic start case,easily started by one person,safe and reliable,convenient for maintenance.
