SOLAR PV GLASS
Based on the original cover material used for solar cell module, we make constant research and development on the cover material so as to improve the photo-electric conversion efficiency of the whole system. Meanwhile, for the solar modules are always set in harsh outdoor environment, the surface is easy to be contaminated and become difficult to clean. In addition to increasing the transmittance of PV glass used for cover-plate, the glass surface must be easy to clean.
One side of the glass is smooth, coated with coating which can modified the property and reduce the tension, and the another side is empaistic. When encapsulation, put the smooth side face the sun and the texturized side face the solar cell. This ultra-clear patterned glass contains low Fe, and the patterns are various, so the refractivity is much better than ordinary ultra-clear glass.
The glass plates used for solar cell modules have following advantages:
(1)high transmittance, good photo spot effect. Overcoming the traditional technical prejudices, we adopt the contrary technical solutions. We put the smooth side face the sun and the patterned side faces the solar cell. The large pattern numbers and grads realize multiple slow reflection thus increases the transmittance and make the photo spot effect better.
(2)good self-clean property. The smooth side coated with coating which can modified the property and reduce the tension and the surface is nano-coating. Its excellent hydrophobicity and surface anti-static and the bump-like micro-structure make the dust not adhere to the surface, and the surface can be cleaned only by rain wash. This method is better than artificial clean, for it reduces the cost and the risks.
(3)the added value of power is much higher. The added value of the solar cell module is over 3 times than the original coating technology.
(4)long lifespan. Excellent hardness and durability protect the glass perfectly, lower the cost and extend the lifespan for over 25 years.
(5)Antibacterial and antifungal property. As the glass and coating materials are inorganic non-metallic materias, so they have antibacterial and antifungal properties.
(6)Excellent thermal property. For the patterned side faces the solar, thermal dissipation area is large, so the thermal dissipation property is good, thus avoid the attenuation of solar cell modules.
