H150 Rotary piston vacuum pump
The series of rotary piston vacuum pump is one kind of vacuum equipments for pumping general gas
or the gas containing a little condensable vapor with gas ballast valve equipped.
The volume flow rate of the pump is 150 l/s , ultimate pressure is 1 pa (7.5×10-3torr). It is widely used
in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum drying, vacuum coating, vacuum impregnating and other vacuum
industry. The pump can be used as a backing pump when combined with another vacuum pump as
well as operated singly. It can not be used as a transfer pump to pump from one container to another.
If the pumped gas is rich in oxygen or explosive or corrosive to ferrous metal or chemical reaction to
the vacuum pump oil, etc., please equip the attach device to the pump. If the pumped gas is with vapor
or dust, please select the model H-150M rotary piston vacuum pump.
