Introduction:
The fly-ash brick production line is consisting of 3 stages:
Stage 1, raw material batching and mixing; with equipments needed to weigh different materials, and make the mixture be qualified for fly-ash brick production.
Stage 2, brick making and cubing; with equipments for producing green fly-ash brick, different brick handling system for brick cubing can be applied to replace manpower.
Stage 3, brick curing and storage; with facilities and machinery for steam-curing brick; different brick handling system can be applied to replace manpower.
The production lines are designed basing on customer requirements, with designed operation life and production capacity basing on local brick demand market at customer site. They are set up under efficiency and cost saving arrangement, and have reliable working performance during their service life.
The whole fly-ash brick plant consists of different departments: the accounting dept., the production line dept., the human resource dept., the sourcing dept. for clay material, fuel, water, electricity, the sales dept., the equipment maintenance dept., etc. And the digital-intelligent plant management system can be applied in the plant for easy, timely and accurate guidance and control of the whole plant.

dealing with 40-176 ton of fly-ash per shift, 40000-180000 ton annually
Working schedule: 1-3 shifts daily, 300-330 days annually
